We offer free shipping over £35 to most countries around the world.
How long does delivery take?
On average it takes 5-10 working days from despatch for your order to arrive, however, depending on the country it can take up to 4 weeks. If not received in the time expected, please contact us at support@rubyandroseengland.com and we will look into this for you.

We are based in England, United Kingdom. We hold and ship our products from different locations worldwide in order to deliver your orders to you as soon as possible.

What is your returns policy?
Please contact us at support@rubyandroseengland.com within 30 days in order to arrange a return. Items must be returned unaltered, unworn and in a resaleable condition.
What if my item has arrived damaged?
We aim to deliver your order in perfect condition but understand things can sometimes go wrong.
If you do receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@rubyandroseengland.com with your order number and a photo of the damage so that we can rectify this for you.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
In some rare cases, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs, although in most cases customs fees will not apply.
